Visit the Hartford Youth Sport Collaborative page to learn about Fall 2025 youth sports programs (Basketball, Dance, Double Dutch, Soccer, Softball, Running, Golf, Boxing, Martial Arts, Volleyball). Please note that some programs use other websites for registration! 

The options below only include programs that use the AC registration platform. Some programs run registration on their own websites! Please go to the Hartford Youth Sport Collaborative for links to all program registration.

Basketball

Spectrum Sports Basketball (F25)

Provides youth on the spectrum an opportunity to participate in organized basketball program. In addition provides a platform to establish friendships with others that they may not have an opportunity to meet under their current circumstances. Also gives the kids an opportunity to gain coping skills through sports and work on social skills

Ages: 12-22 (Youth who are on the Autism Spectrum)
Schedule: Wednesdays (starting 9/10)
Time: 5:30pm-7:30pm
Location: Colt Park Basketball Courts

Double Dutch

CT Double Dutch (F25)

No Experience Needed. All levels Boys and girls welcome. CT Double Dutch was established in 2007. We are a training & conditioning academy for fitness in a fun safe environment. We participate in local and out-of-state events. 40+ World Champions from the Inner city of Hartford

This program includes a participation fee (payment plans available):
  • First 2 weeks are free
  • $25 a month ($75 quarterly/every 3 months)
  • 2 or more siblings $20 a month ($60 Quarterly/every 3 months per student athlete(s))

Age: 5-13 / 14-18 (junior coaches)
Day: Monday, Wednesday (Fall Start 9/8 - Program operates year-round)
Time: 5:30-7:30pm
Location: Greater Joy Mission church 49 Charter Oak Ave, Hartford, Connecticut (side Door)

Troop Double Dutch (F25)

We invite Hartford youth ages 5 to 19 to unite with us and learn the sport of double dutch while have fun and meeting new friends as well as gaining some leadership skills.

Program is free unless jumpers join Troop Double Dutch competitive teams ($25/month).

Golf

AmiGolf Academy - Golf Foundations (F25)

AmiGolf Academy welcomes children and youth to learn golf in a fun and supportive environment. We teach the fundamentals of golf for short game putting and chipping and full swing irons, hybrids and woods to develop confidence, perseverance and sportsmanship. We also teach golf etiquette, healthy habits and social skills for networking.

This program is sponsored by Connecticut Section PGA Golf Foundation.

Ages: 5-13
Schedule: Saturdays (starting 9/6 )
Time: 3pm-4pm
